What did we do?
Got the entire Gousto team out into customers homes at the moment a fresh box arrived to experience them unboxing/ unpacking and exploring their latest purchase.
Explored the needs, emotions and experiences through discussion, taking videos and pictures.
Reconvened as a team to download experiences and observations to create key unboxing knowledge themes.
What was the result?
Team identified key initiatives to enhance the unboxing moment as well as key insights that will build excitement/ anticipation earlier in customers interaction with the brand.
